About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator - Media & Promotions to join our team at Repco. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of trade promotional activities, including advertising and promotional programs.
  • Develop and manage marketing collateral for retail and trade promotions, ensuring consistency and quality across all channels.
  • Collaborate with the media and promotions manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including digital assets and print materials.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of local area marketing programs, including new store openings and relocations.
  • Manage and maintain internal promotional program software packages.
  • Assist in the coordination of media production for retail and brand promotional events.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in a marketing generalist or specialist role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and ability to work autonomously.
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, as well as computer skills.
  • Flexible nature, comfortable working with competing priorities and in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
