We are seeking a highly skilled Media & Promotions Specialist to lead the end-to-end Retail Media & Broadcast production for the Repco brand. This is a key role that will involve planning, budget management, briefing, and creative execution, as well as post-analysis and performance metrics review.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and management of the Repco media plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, production agencies, and related suppliers/partners.
- Coordinate media schedules and production timelines, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Assist in the production of broadcast campaign assets, including video and audio content.
- Review and analyze campaign post-analysis and performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide monthly competitive review data to inform media planning and strategy.
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in a marketing generalist or specialist position, preferably in the retail industry.
- Punctuality, reliability, and ability to work autonomously.
- Highly developed written and verbal management, communication, and computer skills.
- Flexible nature, comfortable working with competing priorities and in a deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
