Job Description

At Gough Recruitment AU, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Manager to lead our portfolio of 180 properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of property management tasks, from administrative duties to leasing support and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a large portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with industry standards and high levels of service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support and assistance with leasing activities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
  • Oversee property maintenance and ensure all properties are well-maintained.
  • Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently, keeping all parties informed and satisfied.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced property manager to take on more responsibility and contribute to the growth and success of our company. You will work closely with our team to deliver outstanding results and build long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in property management is essential.
  • A current COR/Licence or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively are crucial.
  • Familiarity with Property Tree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks efficiently is necessary.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120k - $150k per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as a car allowance and phone.
