We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Aged Care Worker to join our KinCare team in the Bentleigh Region. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to customers, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility
- Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment
- Support customers with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating and independence
- Offer social support and transport to lifestyle activities, helping customers stay connected and engaged
- Work collaboratively with our care team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our customers

- Certificate III or above in Aged Care or Individual Support, Disability, or Nursing
- At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications
- A current P1 class or above Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
