Nurse Manager Role

With a focus on delivering high-quality mental health care, this position offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate outreach programs for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing assessment and interventions to support vulnerable populations.
  • Coordinating policies and strategies to promote education and research within the team.
  • Maintaining effective interpersonal and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams and consumers.

To succeed in this role, applicants will require:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Credentialed mental health nursing experience or preparedness to work towards credentialing.
  • A Master's degree in a relevant area is highly desirable.
  • Valid driver's license and evidence of vaccination against specified diseases.
  • Declaration of serious disciplinary history and criminal history screening.
