Job Opportunity:

  • We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our team at a leading construction company in Western Australia.
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates for commercial building projects, including fitouts, refurbishments, and new builds.

About the Role:

  1. Develop and manage complex estimates for commercial building projects, including fitouts, refurbishments, and new builds.
  2. Collaborate with project managers and site teams to ensure accurate estimate costs and timelines.
  3. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and pricing.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Estimator in Western Australia.
  • Deep understanding of the WA construction market and its unique challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
