Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our team of maintenance professionals in the optimization of production equipment.

  • Foster a safety-focused culture, ensuring all operations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective PM programs, aiming to minimize downtime and lower overall maintenance costs.
  • Direct a multi-disciplinary team across various shifts, facilitating open communication and collaboration among departments, contractors, and vendors.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree in engineering or a technical field, accompanied by at least four years of experience in a relevant trade, or journeyman experience.
  • Minimum two years of supervisory/leadership experience.
  • Prior lean manufacturing experience is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily review and approval of associate timecards, ensuring accurate attendance records.
  • Facilitate continuous improvement teams, driving innovation and efficiency within the department.
  • Strong proficiency in PLC, robotics, and mechanical aptitude.
  • Assign tasks to associates for machine trouble-shooting, repair, and replacement, maximizing equipment utilization.
