Digital Business Solutions Architect

We are seeking a skilled Digital Business Solutions Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the analysis, design, and delivery of business solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and documentation of business processes and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, pain-points, and discover opportunities for improvement.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Define and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- A strong understanding of Agile environments.
- Knowledge of case management and decision management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- The ability to communicate openly and effectively with staff, stakeholders, and clients at all levels.
- Clear written and oral communication skills.
- Pega Certified Business Architect (BA).
- Bachelor's degree in Programming, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Background in software development or technical implementation.
