Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Family Law specialist to join our team.

About the role:

  • Managing a portfolio of complex family law matters.
  • Leveraging expertise to support and mentor junior lawyers, assuming a leadership position within the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on family law issues (including property and children's matters).
  • Preparing comprehensive reports, court documents, and correspondence for clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders.
  • Attending client meetings, mediations, and trials.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in family law (including property and children's matters).
  • Post-admission experience as a Senior Associate, Special Counsel, or Partner in Family Law.
  • Able to lead and develop lawyers within the team.
  • Dedicated to taking on a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and advocacy skills.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with current family law legislation and trends.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adept at mentoring and coaching junior lawyers.
  • Possesses excellent time management and prioritization skills.
