No prior experience as a carer? Don't worry We provide the training to get you started on your journey to becoming a qualified Personal Carer.

The benefits of joining our team include:

  • Paid employment under our Enterprise Agreement, with above-trainee and award wages, increasing after 3 months
  • A Training Contract to obtain a Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing specialisation) within 12 months, paid by us
  • Paid time to complete the training on the job
  • Ongoing induction, training, and support program over the first year

This is a permanent part-time contract, requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week, including variety of shifts and commitment to training and study.

Your responsibilities will include providing quality care, including personal, physical, and emotional support to our residents, assisting with personal care, meals, nursing plans, and activities, and establishing collaborative relationships within the service and external health care team.

About the Role

This position involves providing compassionate care to residents in our Aged Care Facilities. As a carer, you will work closely with our care professionals to deliver high-quality support and services to our residents.
