Caregiver Liaison Specialist

You will be responsible for providing friendly, responsive support to everyone you connect with, creating and managing caregiver rosters to ensure consistent coverage, and responding swiftly to daily changes and maintaining clear communication with caregivers.
Main Responsibilities- Client-Caregiver Coordination: Coordinate daily care schedules for clients and caregivers across the region.
- Scheduling Management: Maintain accurate records using scheduling software.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure well-matched caregiver-client pairings.
- Problem-Solving: Utilize problem-solving skills to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
