Residential Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to provide support to young people in a residential care setting.
The successful candidate will work closely with residents aged 12-17, providing safe and supportive environments. They will be responsible for administering tasks, maintaining a clean home environment, and ensuring the well-being of residents at all times.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
