Digital Project Coordinator Role

Are you passionate about the digital landscape and seeking a challenging project coordinator position? We require a highly driven individual to join our team in a fast-paced digital agency environment.

This role puts you at the heart of digital project development, working closely with Agency Directors, development and marketing staff, and contractors to coordinate projects and liaise with clients on their status.

We offer a comprehensive service experience, working on various projects including websites, digital marketing campaigns, social media, SEO, SEM, and more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Development: Collaborate with the Director and technical teams to define project needs, gather content and assets, and implement SEO and social media campaigns.
  • Project Coordination: Manage and track project status and budget, create and manage reports, and QA reviews of completed work.
  • Client Relations: Maintain ongoing client relationships, provide project updates, and digital recommendations.
  • Training and Support: Train clients on Content Management Systems and provide process documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in the digital or agency space.
  • Highly organised and process-driven.
  • Ability to gather estimates and provide quotes to clients.
  • Strong willingness to learn.
  • Understanding of digital project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Proven attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, WordPress, Shopify, HTML, and CSS.

About the Opportunity:

As a part-time remote worker, you will have flexible working hours (15-20 hours/week) with an opportunity to go full-time depending on performance and availability. Melbourne-based applicants who can attend in-person meetings are highly regarded but not essential.
