We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative leader to drive the optimization of our people technology systems.

">

This role involves overseeing daily operations of our HR technology stack, ensuring system configurations meet business requirements and best practices. This includes troubleshooting or directing system issues to relevant subject matter experts, within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

">

The successful candidate will coordinate, triage, and manage all HR systems change requests through Development, Testing, and Production environments. They will also collaborate with Human Resources and IT teams to identify opportunities for enhancing people systems.

Key responsibilities include leading the implementation of new features and functionalities aligned to business cases, training and supporting end-users in self-service features of SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, and managing third-party HR technology support vendors.

A key aspect of this role is defining a technology roadmap, in partnership with the Head of Payroll and People Systems, to ensure the organization's readiness for future technology releases, including embedded Generative and Agentic AI releases within HR technology platforms.

Required skills and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree level qualification in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in HR technology management, with a focus on SuccessFactors and/or ServiceNow.

Desirable skills include SAP SuccessFactors certifications, ServiceNow administration experience, and knowledge of Agentic or Generative AI technology.
