Administrative Officer
Description:We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team in the Endoscopy Unit at Liverpool Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations and waitlists, while working closely with the Medical Team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care and is looking to take their career to the next level. If you have strong communication skills, are able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, and have experience in administration, we want to hear from you
About Us:Liverpool Hospital is a major health service for south-western Sydney, offering a wide range of state-wide services including critical care and trauma, neonatal intensive care, and brain injury rehabilitation. Our hospital features 23 operating theatres and has a capacity for 877 beds.

Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations and waitlists in the Endoscopy Unit
- Work closely with the Medical Team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
