We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Specialist to manage various administrative, operational and project-related tasks.

About the Role:

  • Manage purchase orders, invoices, timesheets and contractor memos
  • Coordinate staff schedules, inductions, travel arrangements and facilities tickets
  • Track overtime, manage budgets and oversee POs and accruals
  • Assist with project management meetings, toolbox talks and risk register discussions
  • Maintain up-to-date staff records, including leave registers, emergency evacuation lists and sign-in sheets
  • Manage SharePoint sites, communications, and support training and deployment planning
  • Order uniforms, safety equipment, stationery and catering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the team
  • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively
  • Confidence in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Adobe Sign and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
