Our business is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to manage commercial projects throughout Perth.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high quality landscape maintenance works through industry best practice, excellent knowledge and standards of occupational health and safety.

The role involves managing multiple projects in the Northern Suburbs and providing support, training and mentoring to junior staff and apprentices.

This position requires experience in all aspects of commercial landscape maintenance, including time management skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

We are looking for someone with a current Driver's Licence (MR or HR highly regarded) and White Card, as well as a strong commitment to teamwork.

About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of landscape maintenance services to a high standard.
  • You will provide guidance and support to junior staff and apprentices to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

In this role, you will be working independently but also collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
