We work on all sorts of real cool residential projects across Perth Metro including some long-term garden maintenance clients, so much variety there's no boring daysMost of our work is in high end residential which provides you a fantastic opportunity to really use your brain and challenge yourself, with a great emphasis on returning you safe home to your family every dayBusiness has really taken off, so we are looking for another pair of hands to help strengthen our team and achieve our company goals in residential and commercial landscaping; softscape and hardscape.

Beers, barbeques and lots of fun social events – you'll need a sense of humorYour role will include: Organise and manage day to day operations to maintain overall effectiveness of the team Scheduling of the tradesman Quality Assurance in a positive efficient and productive manner with pride, excellent workmanship and quality Responsible for managing major projects, ensuring all work is completed on time, budget and to the highest level of quality Health & Safety responsibilities
• Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing.
• Work with senior stakeholders.
What we need from you: Organised with an eye for detail Practical mindset and be able to think on your feet Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch Minimum 5 years experience with residential or commercial projects and maintenance work would help If you didn't tick all the boxes, then don't stress… this could be your first operations manager jobHaving the right stuff is a top priority for us.
