**Job Title:** Early Careers Specialist

About the Opportunity

This is a unique chance to shape and lead our Early Careers program, ensuring we maintain a best-in-class standard. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding people at the start of their careers while also bringing strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the way – take ownership of the Early Careers program, from recruitment and onboarding through to rotations, learning initiatives, and evaluation.
  • Be a mentor and guide – support program participants with coaching and care that builds confidence, capability, and wellbeing at the start of their careers.
  • Grow strong connections – partner with stakeholders across the business, as well as external partners, to build lasting relationships and opportunities.
  • Unlock potential – work closely with managers, mentors, and program coaches to ensure participants have meaningful learning and development experiences.
  • Shine a spotlight – help promote the program and showcase its impact, attracting high-quality early career talent into the business.
  • Grow – track program outcomes, share insights, and champion ideas for continuous improvement.
About You

We're looking for someone who has a genuine passion for early careers and brings both the people skills to inspire and support emerging talent, and the Human Resource expertise to manage activities from recruitment through to development and evaluation.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management (or similar) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong project management skills—comfortable managing multiple priorities, timelines, and budgets.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of an organisation and with external partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage, influence, and inspire.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to find practical solutions to challenges.
