Chief Property Lawyer

This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced property lawyer to join a leading organisation's in-house legal team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating general commercial and property agreements, as well as assisting with leasing matters, managing tenant disputes, and updating precedent documents.
A minimum of 7 years' PQE from a well-regarded law firm or similar in-house environment is required, along with prior experience in high-value property acquisitions and proficiency in managing leases ideally in the retail sector.
The ideal candidate will possess strong transactional commercial property law expertise and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with other members of the legal team and stakeholders across all business functions.
