Community Services Support Position Available

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Challenge Community Services in Ipswich.
About the TeamOur team provides support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to live independently and achieve their goals.

We require a caring and empathetic individual who can work flexibly and build strong relationships with our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support to individuals with disabilities, including personal care and daily living tasks
- Work closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
- Hold a Certificate IV in Disability or similar qualification
- Have a current Australian Drivers Licence
Please note that this role may require working night shifts on a rotating basis and administering medication to clients.
Additionally, you will need to be willing to obtain a Police Check if successful and have a valid NSW Working with Children Check.
