Job Title:

Senior Legal Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our organization. As a key member of our legal department, you will provide expert legal support across a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.

You will partner with teams across the business to guide contract negotiations, manage legal risk, and contribute to strategic initiatives. With a focus on collaboration, clarity, and ethical judgement, you will help shape a culture of integrity while empowering others through legal tools, resources, and training.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial law and be able to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to build trusted partnerships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and negotiating contracts and agreements
  • Providing general legal advice on commercial, consumer, IP, corporate, and property matters
  • Drafting and refining standard contracts and templates
  • Supporting dispute resolution and litigation processes
  • Building and maintaining legal resources databases
  • Facilitating legal training and knowledge-sharing across the business
Requirements:

Around 8 years of relevant legal experience, ideally including in-house or secondment roles.

Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, Strong interpersonal skills, Commercial acumen, Ability to build trusted partnerships.
