Within the studio, you'll be part of a close-knit collaborative landscape architecture team, a supportive, collaborative group working together to deliver projects with real community impact.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Landscape Architect – or a capable Landscape Architect ready to take the next step – to lead a variety of projects from concept to completion while staying hands-on with documentation in Revit.

Projects span schools, community spaces, and urban design, offering variety, creativity, and the chance to shape environments that make a difference.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage diverse projects end-to-end, from concept through to delivery
  • Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and internal design disciplines
  • Stay hands-on with project documentation in Revit, supported by other Landscape Architects, Graduates, and Technicians
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members
  • Deliver high-quality design outcomes across education, community, and urban sectors
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture
About You
  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent
  • 5+ years' experience as a Landscape Architect, with strong design and documentation skills
  • Proficient in Revit (or ready to apply your skills in it)
  • Excellent project management, client liaison, and coordination skills
  • Comfortable leading projects while remaining hands-on in design
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and suited to a small team within a larger firm
  • Passionate about creating functional, sustainable, and meaningful spaces
