Job Summary:
Thales Cyber Premium Services (CPS) is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Security Analyst to join our dynamic SOC team. The successful candidate will be responsible for actively monitoring, investigating, and responding to security threats.
- Monitor, investigate, and respond to security incidents and threats.
- Conduct advanced threat hunting activities and implement, fine-tune security analytic and correlation rules in SIEM tools.
- Collaborate with the SOC team to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies indicative of potential security incidents or threats.
- Stay up-to-date on emerging threats, attack vectors, and vulnerabilities, and share findings with the SOC team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats.
- Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with peers and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement and development of SOC tools, processes, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 4 years' experience in a security analytics role.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills to evaluate security incidents and determine the appropriate course of action.
