Tennis Australia is seeking a highly skilled People Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our People team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our Member Associations, providing expert advice and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet their needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR relationship management, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with senior leaders. You will be a strategic thinker, with excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Member Association CEOs and Operations Managers
  • Providing expert advice and support on HR-related matters, including talent acquisition, learning and development, policies and processes, disciplinary matters, performance management and review cycle
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop a comprehensive dashboard that tracks and reports on People-related queries and solutions for Member Associations
  • Recommendating appropriate SLAs for service provision
