Job Opportunity

We are seeking diligent and compassionate support workers to provide care assistance in Orange, NSW.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Delivering high-quality care services within a person-centred framework that prioritizes client dignity and autonomy
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, dressing, and domestic duties
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance overall well-being
  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Supporting clients with daily routines, including meal preparation, feeding, and medication administration
  • Maintaining accurate records of client health and wellbeing
  • Responding promptly to emergency situations

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing learning and development. A National Police Check, NSW Working with Children Check, Driver's Licence, First Aid, and CPR Certification are also required.
