As a leader, you will provide strategic direction and foster a high-performing team environment. You will oversee and manage operational/strategic activities in line with divisional objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving performance of the team to deliver results against business strategy and financial targets
  • Motivating, developing, and engaging team members to drive results and create a high-performing team
  • Managing day-to-day workflow, resources, productivity, and efficiency to ensure performance objectives are met
  • Seeking advice from Technical Advisors and Injury Management Advisors regarding complex decisions
  • Analyzing data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement
  • Building, enhancing, and maintaining quality relationships with all internal and external customers

What we look for in a candidate:

  • Desirable 5+ years' experience leading and coaching teams
  • Demonstrated experience in claims management, personal injury claims or an associated field
  • Proven experience leading a team of people with ability to lead, engage, and motivate others
  • Ability to understand data, identify areas of opportunity, and deliver to business targets
