Main Responsibilities

  • Monitor progress using Microsoft Projects, Maximo, and CIMS
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to financial performance through smart decisions
Required Skills and Experience
  • Previous project management experience in Electrical Services
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and facilities infrastructure
  • Skilled in tools like Microsoft Projects, Maximo, and CIMS
  • A practical understanding of building compliance and maintenance best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
