Technical Trainer Role

This role focuses on developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills of our total workforce. We are seeking a skilled professional with experience in facilitating ongoing skill maintenance and development.

  • - As a Technical Trainer, you will be required to deliver and record training as per the agreed-upon schedule and program requirements.
  • - You will mentor trainees on-the-job and provide guidance through formal leaders.
  • - Participate in self-development to continually enhance your skills and knowledge relevant to this position.
  • - Make a positive contribution to maintaining a safe working environment for our network and the total workforce.
  • - Develop relationships with customers, clients, and key stakeholders while ensuring timely delivery of results.
  • - Collaborate towards completion of work plans according to agreed timelines and deliverables.

Essential Qualifications
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or willingness to attain.
A current Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Cable Jointing and/or Jointing and/or Certificate III in ESI - Power Systems - Distribution Overhead & switching (LOU & HOU).
At least 7+ years of relevant extensive industry experience in Power or related fields.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, that enable effective interaction between key stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, plan priorities, and meet predetermined outcomes within established timelines.
Self-discipline and a willingness to contribute to a dynamic team.
Proficiency in using major business and office software.
Valid WA Driver's License Class 'C' or 'C-A'
