At the forefront of project management excellence, we are seeking a skilled Program Support Administration Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Security Enhancement Program (SEP) PMO and executive assistant services to the SEP Executive. Key tasks will include:
- Organising workshops, briefings, and meetings
- Booking travel and onboarding staff
- Preparing consolidated material for project reports and distributing monthly Project/Program level reports
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in systems applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and administrative skills are essential. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate attention to detail, quality, and timelines.
Mandatory requirements include a security clearance to Negative vetting Level 1 (minimum). The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, solutions-based approach, and commitment to their role.
