Your Skills:

  • Proven experience as a BIM Lead, Coordinator, or Senior BIM Modeller within the building services sector, particularly in HVAC.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Revizto, ACC/BIM360, with a solid understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
  • Mechanical/HVAC background with sound technical knowledge of building services.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
