You will work collaboratively with a high-performing team to create impactful in-store events and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert make-up advice and guidance to customers, ensuring a personalized and engaging experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute in-store events, driving sales and customer engagement
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring a compelling and cohesive store environment
  • Work flexible retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment
  • Utilize retail point-of-sale software to process transactions and manage customer interactions
Requirements:
  • Desirable: certification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience
  • Essential: ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and maintaining high standards
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country, if invited to attend an interview
