The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Retail Assistant to join our team at Sephora Pitt Street. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing product knowledge, and driving sales. You will work closely with our Beauty Advisors to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and products.
  • Work collaboratively with the Beauty Advisors to create a seamless customer experience, ensuring that customers receive personalized advice and recommendations.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets, promoting products, and driving customer engagement.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience in a retail or customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
