Strategic HR Business Partner for Operational Excellence

A large not-for-profit organization seeks an experienced HR professional to join their people and culture team as a Strategic HR Business Partner. This role will focus on building genuine business partnerships with key stakeholders to drive operational and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain professional relationships across the business to provide trusted advice on people and employment matters.
- Manage performance management, workplace investigations, workforce planning, employee engagement, remuneration, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with the P&C team to develop workforce reports supporting stakeholder decision-making.
- Contribute to organizational planning and decision-making by providing technical knowledge of People & Culture policies and procedures.
- Support staff in grievance and complaint resolution.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or demonstrated working experience.
- Broad generalist human resources knowledge and experience including industrial relations, workforce planning, redundancies, performance management, and reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to devise, implement, and embed HR policies and programs.
- Highly developed relationship-building, coaching, and influencing skills.
