Studio Workflow Manager

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Studio Workflow Manager to coordinate work through the internal studio, ensuring deadlines are met and assets are delivered accurately and on time.

  • Manage the day-to-day flow of creative jobs through the studio, briefing work clearly and on time.
  • Track and update timelines, schedules, and status reports across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate internal and external approvals to keep work moving efficiently.
  • Support account and production teams with briefing documents, asset collation, and delivery.
  • Liaise with stakeholders (internal teams and external partners) to manage expectations and keep communication clear.
  • Flag risks or bottlenecks early and escalate when necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure all assets are delivered correctly on brand, and to specification.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident liaising across teams.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Interest in sports, events, or entertainment is an advantage.
