Role Overview:We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in Mildura. As a Support Worker, you will empower people with disabilities to live the life they choose. You will work across home, community and supported accommodation settings, providing tailored support that promotes independence, inclusion and personal growth.
Main Responsibilities:- Delivering high-quality support services to customers with disabilities
- Assisting clients in daily living activities such as personal care, mobility and skill development
- Promoting community integration and supporting clients in accessing social and recreational activities
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised support plans
- Encouraging independence and empowering clients to achieve their personal goals
- Advocating for the rights and needs of individuals with disabilities
