Job Title: Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of complex projects using Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate multiple scrum teams in an agile project environment.
  • Manage project scope and timeline via sprint and release planning in line with wider organisational commitments.
  • Coordinate sprints and retrospective meetings which review the previous sprint and daily scrum stand-ups.
  • Support the product owners to develop and manage product backlogs, new requests, and remove barriers.
  • Guide design teams to higher scrum maturity.
  • Help build a productive environment where team members have accountability for the product.
  • Manage the governance, stage gates, and reporting of the project against Agency frameworks and escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Coach team members in agile frameworks and scrum practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 3+ years' experience facilitating the delivery of complex projects using Agile methodologies.
  • A strong understanding of the SAFe methodology and its application within a large and complex Program, preferably within a government context.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to ensure all user stories are prepared for the sprints.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues to achieve outcomes.
  • Experience effectively managing competing priorities and strategic directions, with an ability to remain calm under pressure and respond flexibly to change and uncertainty.
  • Proficiency in using various IT applications and project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Tertiary qualifications or industry-recognised certification in Management, Project Management, or a similar field (desired).
  • Demonstrated work experience managing/delivering large-scale ICT transformation programs/projects in an Australian Government setting (desired).
  • Experience managing projects involving large data lake solutions (desired).
