About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Oyster People Pty Ltd as a Commercial Property Manager, overseeing a quality portfolio of retail and commercial properties. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with landlords and tenants, conducting property inspections, and preparing condition reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of retail and commercial properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Conduct regular property inspections and prepare condition reports
  • Compile monthly financial and written reports
  • Manage tenant arrears and resolve any issues promptly
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in a similar Commercial Property Manager role
  • Self-starter with a desire to constantly improve and add value
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A real passion for property management and outstanding client service
  • A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate and a current QLD driver's license
