We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our Deal Advisory Tax team in Perth.
The Deal Advisory Tax team is market leading and dynamic, working on significant transactions in the Australian market. Our clients cover a breadth of industries, including resources, private equity, infrastructure, property, financial services, and more.
We are expanding our Perth practice and expect high-profile projects to contribute to front-page news.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive tax due diligence
- Provide expert advice on deal structures and fund structures
- Review transaction documents with attention to detail
- Perform thorough tax model reviews
- Oversee post-deal integration
- Communicate effectively with ATO and FIRB on transaction-related matters
- Strong technical skills in taxation
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and relationship building
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, supervise, and mentor team members
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
