We're seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Capability Partner to drive strategic growth and excellence in our manufacturing and operations capabilities. This key role will oversee the development of learning programs, manage our Learning Management System, and collaborate with site leaders to ensure our workforce has the necessary tools to excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify skill gaps
  • Develop engaging training content that aligns with business objectives
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

This role requires 3-5 years of experience in learning and development or training, preferably within FMCG or supply chain/manufacturing. A Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is highly valued. Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation skills are essential for success.
