We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Worker to join our team in Shellharbour. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our older customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivering domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for our customers.
  • Providing support with meal preparation and shopping, promoting healthy eating habits and independence.
  • Offering social support and transport to lifestyle activities, fostering connections and a sense of community.

In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers and their families.

About You
  • You possess a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel as part of the role.
  • You are available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts.
  • You are a problem-solver, able to think critically and find solutions to everyday challenges while maintaining a patient and empathetic demeanor.
