About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Care Worker to join our team in Shellharbour. As a Care Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our aged customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Domestic Assistance: Cleaning the home of older people to ensure they have a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Meal Preparation and Shopping: Assisting customers with meal preparation and shopping to help them maintain their independence.
  • Social Support and Transport: Providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities, promoting their overall wellbeing.

Requirements

  • You must care about assisting our aged community and have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
  • You should be able to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to ask your Manager for help.
  • You will be required to work at least 3 days, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work.
