Project Lead Opportunity

CIP Constructions is a market leader in the construction of commercial and industrial facilities. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Project Delivery Team based in Perth.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects in accordance with agreed objectives, standards, and schedule. They will lead the project team to achieve budget and delivery targets, participate and lead meetings with internal and external groups, and deliver effective financial management for the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team to achieve project goals
  • Manage project finances and risks
  • Oversee project contracts administration
  • Maintain and manage site safety
  • Coordinate project activities for completion
  • Support tender submission activities when required

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Prior experience in a Project Management role or significant experience as a Senior Contract Administrator
  • Understanding of construction methodology, project management principles, and delivery methods
  • Working knowledge of WHS best practice and legislative requirements
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills
