We are seeking a dedicated and experienced care provider to join our team based in Parkes. In this role, you will develop and implement personalized care plans for residents, ensuring high standards of professional care.
You will provide leadership and support to care staff, promoting a culture of excellence and quality care.
- Aged care experience is essential, with a minimum of 2 years' experience within an aged care setting.
- Prior experience in a clinical leadership role is preferred.
