Aged Care Clinical Leader

We are seeking a qualified healthcare professional to join our dedicated team in an aged care setting.
The successful candidate will plan, organise and implement patient care in accordance with individual resident care plans and deliver high standards of professional nursing care.
As an experienced leader, you will provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our Care Staff.
A combination of day, afternoon and night shifts will be on offer. Night shift availability is highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, organise and implement patient care in accordance with individual resident care plans
- Deliver high standards of professional nursing care
- Provide clinical leadership, support and guidance to our Care Staff
- Qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 2 years' experience within an aged care setting
- Prior experience in a clinical leadership role is preferred
