Job Title: Healthcare Professional
We are seeking a qualified and experienced healthcare professional to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents.
As a healthcare professional, you will be responsible for delivering individualized care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing practice, including general AHPRA registration and at least 2 years of experience working within the aged care sector.
You will also need to have a solid understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to aged care providers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out initial and ongoing assessments to ensure accurate identification of individual needs.
- Developing comprehensive personal care plans that cater to the unique requirements of each resident.
- Participating in regular care plan evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and delivery of quality care.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to care provision in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Ensuring timely completion and accuracy of all required claims.
