This is a key leadership role within our organisation, responsible for spearheading the delivery of complex electrical projects.

About the Role:
  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead a small engineering team in delivering high-quality solutions that meet project requirements and specifications.
  • The successful candidate will be accountable for the performance of their team members, ensuring they achieve schedule, quality, and budget targets.
  • Key responsibilities include preparing and producing electrical designs, liaising with clients to develop scopes of work, and providing mentorship and leadership to the team.
Your Background:
  • You hold an Electrical Engineering degree and have a proven track record of at least five years' experience in automation, Defence, energy, utilities or manufacturing sectors.
  • You are eligible for state-based engineering registration in Electrical Engineering and possess verifiable knowledge of systems engineering principles and practices.
  • In addition to your technical expertise, you possess excellent communication skills, which enable you to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues alike.
