Job Title: Senior Financial Leader

As a seasoned finance professional, you will lead day-to-day accounting operations, including payroll, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial integrity and compliance.
  • Provide financial insights to guide executive decision-making and strategy development.
  • Oversee banking relationships and financing arrangements to optimize financial performance.
  • Develop and refine reporting tools to improve clarity and accountability across the organization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and cost efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive financial leadership experience in a corporate or professional services background.
  • CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience leading an accounting or finance team.
  • Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial regulatory standards.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, MS Office Suite, and ERP systems/financial reporting tools.

This is a full-time director-level position in the finance team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, analytical and detail-driven with strategic vision, high level of professionalism, discretion, and ethical standards.
