Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings, including preparing schedules and reconciliations.
  • Support internal and external audits with timely and accurate cost and financial documentation.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls for inventory, costing, and financial reporting accuracy.
  • Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics BC, SAP, Oracle) to manage accounting data, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects focused on financial planning, process improvement, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA or CMA certification preferred, but not required.
  • 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
