Digital Cost Controller Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Cost Controller to join our team. As a pivotal member, you will establish tools, processes, and frameworks to ensure transparency and governance across the end-to-end Digital portfolio.

About This Role

As a Digital Cost Controller, you will be responsible for developing tools to work closely with Finance, Procurement, and Digital Teams to embed best practices in cost management, reporting, and financial oversight. You will design frameworks for consistent monthly and quarterly analysis of actuals vs budget, highlighting key variances and trends.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop tools to track budget vs actuals, project financials, and unit economics.
  • Built processes to attribute Digital costs (including cloud spend) and collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Infrastructure Teams to ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
  • Create frameworks to support regular forecasting cycles for Digital spend and design tools to facilitate root-cause analysis of variances.
  • Establish processes to ensure adherence to financial governance standards, including documentation and audit readiness.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and analytical professional who thrives in cross-functional environments. We require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including variance analysis and corrective action planning. Proficiency in data interpretation and financial modelling is also essential.
